The Policy of AI and how it thinks - FREE AI TUTORIAL

Before I get Started I highly recommend you to read my other posts as you don't want to have a misunderstanding of this course.

In the Bellman Equation tutorial it told you why the approach of valuing the whole path as 1 won't work out now its time to add another layer of complexion.

Now that we have the new probability factor in action to judge where to go we must choose the safest way.here is the old value chart.



In this chart you can see the bot would chose either of the ways as there is no probability and it is in full control.But now as the AI has the probability  factor everything changes.




Yes now as you can see the values completely change as the probability factor rolls in.

You can observe severe changes especially  in the boxes beside the fire.
Last time you could see the value of going to the box beside the finish was same on both the sides but now the safe path has almost double value.In the closest boxes to the fire pit the values have become very low so as to avoid going there because it controls only 80%.

Now let's take look at the policy chart.



Now as you can see it is very stunning to see the boxes beside the fire.The agent now chooses to hit the wall but not try to go left as that has a slight probability of going to the fire.This is a very beautiful example on how the AI thinks better than humans.The AI chooses to keep hitting the wall until the probability of going left or right takes it to the box from where it will go to the finish.



This is how the policy of AI works.
