A man had also used syringe a few weeks earlier while stealing a drill at another home depot 11 km south in Manhattan.  The match,though,wasn't made by an officer looking through files. Even tough most people think   that the main manufacturers and creators of Artificial Intelligence
are United States and China.But while those companies have made cutting edge products well,  we got many other countries too.


Here are 5 countries with their advancement in AI:-


India

India released its new AI stratergy only this summer but it contains a big idea that  could caatch up become the "garage" that developes AI  that creates economic growth  for the country and rest  of the world.

The plan which they are calling #AIforall   will  focus on projects related to-

Health  care,  Agriculture, education, smart  cities,  transportation and Infrastructure.            




Singapore

Singapore was one of the first countries to announce   a national stratergy  called "AI  Singapore",in may 2017.The initiative brings the  government, Reasarch Institutions and companies to collaborate on reasarch and speed up on local adoption of AI,with $109  million spend over 5 years.Singopore also had an head start in autonomus vehicles : self driving AI taxis.          


United Arab Emirates

The United  Arab Emirates iis the first country in the middle east to publish an AI stratergy and the only  country in world to create an ministry of Artificial Intelligence.While they are trying attract international attention with bold projects like an AI powered lab focusing on climate change.This  summer they taugh 600 students at a AI camp helping them develope their own tallent pool.


Israel

            
Israel  is becoming a world leader in the medical feild of Artificial  Intelligence it has dozens of new startups in the health-care facilities powered by AI with a population shy to New Jersy's.The government announced a  5 year action plan with an budget of $280 million to digitize patient data and use  A.I to gather Important insight, with hopes of turning the home grown enterprise into consumer products so that could make Israel an industry leader.

France

The Frenchgovernment released a 150  page document earlier  this year that spells out its  efforts in AI for health,enviornment,trasportation,security sectors aand is putting down $2 biliion  into funding the projects around those areas .If Britan leaves the European union France is planned to be the center of AI  for both Google and facebook.
